Tender for canteen and cafeteria at District Complex Bagh for a period of two years including operation management and service provision under single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 clause 36 B with separate technical and financial proposals sealed in one envelope submission of bid with call deposit in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Bagh inclusion of affidavit confirming not blacklisted and no dues submission of all applicable taxes including income tax sales tax stamp duty and others bidding documents available against non refundable fee of two thousand PKR opening of technical proposals on specified date in presence of bidders and requirement to deposit full bid amount before issuance of work order
