On Grid Solar Pv System Installation Tender Notice
Description
Providing and installation of a 3.84 KW on-grid Solar PV system on turnkey basis at the Federal Judicial Academy, Sector H-8/4, Islamabad. Electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 from eligible firms and contractors registered on EPADS Version 2.0 and possessing the registrations, licences and qualifications specified in the bidding documents. The estimated cost is Rs. 39,541,303 and bid security is Rs. 1,977,065. Original bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted in favour of the Director General Federal Judicial Academy, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. The successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount. Eligibility includes applicable PEC C-3 category with specific codes EE-04, EE-06 and EE-11(iii-iv), relevant renewable-energy authorization requirements, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and FBR Active Taxpayer status. A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held from 21 to 23 September 2026 during office hours. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later as notified electronically. The procurement covers solar photovoltaic panels and system components, on-grid solar power generation, electrical installation, renewable energy equipment and turnkey solar PV works.
