Procure ten electric bikes including specified model or equivalent with required technical specifications such as motor power battery type charging time speed and range submission through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure with mandatory bid security in form of call deposit receipt electronic bids submission and opening on same day with requirement of registration with FBR and active taxpayer list along with compliance to procurement rules and submission of original bid security before deadline
