Electrical Solar System Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, replacement and maintenance of electrical systems, Solar PV systems and associated equipment from Shahdra to Gajju Matta at designated places in Lahore Metrobus System for a period of 24 months, with an estimated amount of PKR 95.175 million. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in at least C-3 category with a code relevant to Electrical Works renewed for 2026-27. The bidding process follows NCB under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids are not accepted. Bid security of PKR 2,000,000 is required electronically through the prescribed system in favour of the specified fund account, and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Service providers must be registered with SECP/AOP, FBR and PRA and be Active Taxpayers at the time of tendering. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 September 2026 at 1400 Hrs. There is no tender fee for downloading documents or submitting e-bids. The procurement covers electrical systems, Solar PV systems, electrical equipment, installation, replacement, repair and maintenance services for the Lahore Metrobus System.
