Electrical Distribution Metering Materials Tender Notice
Description
Supply of electrical distribution materials including SPG poles without grounding bolts and templates - bolts and templates for SPG poles - bolts and nuts for SPA type poles - bolts and nuts for SPD type poles - bolts for SPG type poles - templates for SPA SPD and SPG type poles with washers - Lynx conductor - Rail conductor - 3 phase 4 wire KWH meters 5 Amp class 0.5 - 3 phase 4 wire KWH meters 5 Amp class 0.2 for T/Line - digital power factor meters for 11KV switchgears - clip-on AC/DC meters for 0-20A and 0-1000A - clip-on earth resistance test meters - and clip-on meters for AC and DC current measurement. The procurement follows the Annual Procurement Plan for FY 2026-27 and is financed from reserved procurement funds. E-bids are invited through EPADS Version 2.0 under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 as amended. Bidders must be registered with EPADS 2.0 and submit electronic bids through the EPADS portal; manual bids are not accepted. Bid security in the prescribed amount must accompany each bid, with original security in an acceptable form including Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan submitted before the electronic bid closing deadline and a copy attached to the e-bid. Bids remain valid for 120 days after opening and the bid security or guarantee must remain valid for 150 days after opening. Conditional tenders are not accepted. The procurement covers electricity distribution poles, steel pole accessories, conductors, electrical meters, power factor meters, current meters and earth resistance testing equipment. Relevant terminology includes SPG poles, SPA and SPD poles, HT structures, overhead conductors, Lynx conductor, Rail conductor, KWH meters, 11KV switchgear metering, power factor meters, clip-on meters and earth resistance testing equipment.
