Outsourcing Class Iv Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of Class-IV staff services comprising Dispatch Rider - Frash - Sweeper, with one staff member required for each category for a period of two years from commencement. Electronic bids are invited from experienced and reputable firms having valid registration with relevant Provincial or Federal Government departments and active registration with FBR and PRA. Bidding shall be conducted on least cost basis through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 and manual submission is not permitted. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid, subject to compliance with eligibility and bidding requirements. A refundable bid security equal to 2% of the quoted price is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order, with the original submitted in hard copy before bid opening. Bidders must quote separate rates for each staff or cadre and may participate in the whole tender. Financial bids must comply with the notified minimum wage rate and include applicable duties, taxes and charges. Quoted rates will apply for one year from commencement, while applicable income tax, withholding tax, PRA and sales tax will be deducted according to law. The procurement relates to outsourced support staff, dispatch rider services, office attendant services, cleaning and janitorial manpower, and non-consultancy staffing services for institutional operations.
