Procurement Of Surveillance Security Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply of surveillance and security equipment comprising quadcopters including DJI Matrice 4T for night and day surveillance with thermal imaging and DJI Mavic 4 Pro for day surveillance, together with batteries for DJI Matrice 400 RTK - DJI Matrice 350 RTK - DJI Matrice 4T - DJI Mavic 3T - DJI Air 3S - DJI Mavic 3 Classic - DJI Mavic Air 3. Sealed tenders are invited from firms, original manufacturers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications and equipment lists are available against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000. A refundable CDR of Rs. 10,000 is required in favour of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat. Bids must comprise a single package containing two separately sealed envelopes marked Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal. Technical and Financial Proposals are scheduled for separate opening, and conditional bids will not be accepted. Firms must provide a non-blacklisting affidavit, NTN certificate, financial health affidavit, previous tax return certificate vetted by FBR, six-month bank statement and owner CNIC. Bids for each item remain valid for acceptance until 31 December 2026. The procurement covers surveillance drones, thermal imaging equipment, day surveillance equipment, quadcopter batteries and related security technology used for aerial surveillance and security operations.
