Hiring Of Security Guards Through Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of Security Guards through third party outsourced services for the main campus for a period of one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance of the service provider. Sealed bids are invited from firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and SRB, subject to the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions contained in the tender documents. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under SPPRA rules. Bidding documents are available through the SPPRA-EPADS system and bids are to be submitted electronically through EPADS, with the Technical Proposal opened separately. Earnest money equal to 5% of the total tender or bid cost is required in original through Bank Draft in a sealed envelope before the submission deadline. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable through Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Director Finance, SAU, Tandojam. The procurement relates to outsourced security guard manpower, campus security services, third party security staffing, access control and protection services for an educational institution.
