Hiring Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services through reputed, established firms, suppliers or contractors registered with the concerned tax authorities. The procurement follows NCB Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and requires bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost. Bidding documents containing the terms and conditions are available through the Sindh EPADS procurement system and the institutional website. A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 3,000 is payable through Pay Order in favour of the Secretary. Bids are required to be submitted electronically through EPADS and a corresponding hard copy must also be submitted to the designated Procurement Wing before the submission deadline. Only bids already submitted electronically through EPADS will be entertained. In case of an unexpected holiday or unforeseen situation, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. The procurement covers janitorial and cleaning services, including outsourced institutional cleaning manpower, sanitation support, facility housekeeping and related janitorial operations.
