Supply of electrical distribution materials on Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores basis for Regional Store HESCO Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah, including A.A. Conductor Ant - 4/C LT Aluminum SID Cable 19/.052 (25mm2) - ABC Cable 50mm2 (3x50+1x50) - ABC Cable 16mm2 (1x16+1x16) - H.T. Spun Poles 36 feet long - HT Steel Structure in Lot-I and 45 feet long in Lot-II - Meter Security Box A-Type for CT Ratio 400/5 Amp - LT CT 300/5 Amp - 11 KV Dropout Cutout (Single Insulator) - Eye Nut - HT Steel Structure in Lot-I and 34'-8" feet long in Lot-II - A.A. Conductor WASP (Insulated). The procurement is financed under local funds. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders through EPADS Version 2.0, and bidders must register on EPADS Version 2.0 to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by the scheduled date and time; manual bids will not be accepted. Each e-bid must be accompanied by the Bid Security amount specified in the bidding document in favour of the Chief Executive Officer HESCO in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Banker's Cheque from any scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted to the designated office before the closing date and time, failing which the e-bid will be rejected. Electronic bids will be opened on EPADS on the same day at the stated opening time. Bidders must quote firm and final prices and requests for escalation after bid opening will not be entertained. The procurement covers electrical conductors, aluminum cables, ABC cables, high-tension poles, steel structures, meter security boxes, current transformers, dropout cutouts and electrical hardware used for electricity distribution networks. Common industry terminology includes electrical distribution materials, overhead conductors, insulated conductors, LT cables, HT structures, spun poles, current transformers, 11 KV dropout cutouts, meter boxes and distribution network components.
