Room and washrooms at Keamari Terminal - provision and installation of signage and fascia structures at NVROS of Sahiwal division under PM Module - upgradation of Mehr Brother FS DFA Islamabad division - construction of Auto Care Facility at Al-Askar FS Karachi - procurement of multi-functional attendance machines for locations - procurement of invoicing printer - procurement of air conditioners for locations - procurement of laptops - procurement of batteries for Central Region Aviation Stations - integrity assessment services for 11 warehouses at Keamari Terminal - procurement of conductivity meters air compressors and water pumps for Aviation Stations - lubricant racks DUs and dust bins paint and graphics works at retail outlets in Lahore - provision and fixing of RFID door lock systems at CE sites and public washrooms in Karachi Division - procurement of aviation components and parts for Refueller R-26 and R-27 - procurement of imported LPG 900 MT for the specified September 2026 period - procurement of imported LPG 2500 MT for the specified September 2026 period. Sealed E-Bids are invited through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors having adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities. The bidding procedures include Single Stage-Two Envelope and Single Stage-One Envelope procedures as specified for the respective tenders. Tender documents are available through the SAP Ariba Portal only. Interested suppliers must upload a scanned duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead through SAP Ariba for collection of tender documents and mention the relevant tender document collection request, delivery period and product. Technical and commercial bid requirements are subject to the applicable bidding procedure, and for Single Stage-Two Envelope tenders the commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only. For specified tenders relating to coating of piping, cabling replacement, rehabilitation and renovation works, signage and fascia structures, facility upgradation and Auto Care Facility construction, a valid PEC C-6 certificate in the relevant field of specialization is required. Bids are submitted and opened through SAP Ariba. The procurement encompasses petroleum terminal maintenance, construction and renovation works, electrical and electronic equipment, information technology equipment, air conditioning, aviation equipment and components, industrial assessment services, retail outlet maintenance, RFID access systems, cleaning and facility materials, and imported LPG.
