X Ray Radiology Items Related Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for X-Ray and radiology items and related supplies under FY 2026-27. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and technical responsiveness, financial evaluation and award are determined separately for each complete quoted lot. For Lot No. 3, eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors or dealers of the relevant goods. The estimated value is PKR 3,000,000 with 2% bid security of PKR 60,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement with separate bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot in the prescribed form and manner. Prices include delivery to the hospital and applicable taxes are to be treated according to law and bidding documents. The procurement covers X-Ray equipment-related items, radiology supplies and associated diagnostic materials.
