Revitalization and development of public parks including landscaping works electrical works sanitary works drilling of bore holes conversion into tube wells and provision and installation of children play equipment across multiple locations submission of bids through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure with requirement of registration with engineering council tax authorities and provincial enlistment submission of technical and financial proposals online with mandatory documents and bid security of two percent with physical submission of original bid security and tender fee evaluation based on technical criteria and opening of bids on scheduled date and time as per procurement rules
