Construction of flood protection works along rivers and tributaries including multiple locations covering Maskinikhwar Chakdara Khwar Shawa Khwar Mayar Khwar Munda Khwar Barawel Khwar Panjkora River and other streams involving embankments protective structures and related civil works submission of electronic bids through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure requirement of registration with engineering council tax authorities and irrigation department submission of technical documents online with original bid security in form of call deposit receipt equal to two percent of estimated cost bids submission and opening on scheduled date and time with evaluation based on above below system and compliance with procurement rules
