Installation of LED street lighting systems on ring road and GT road sections including multiple packages covering supply installation and commissioning of lighting infrastructure submission of bids through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure requirement of registration with engineering council tax authorities and provincial enlistment submission of technical and financial proposals online with physical submission of bid security equal to two percent of estimated cost and tender fee in form of call deposit receipt bids opening on scheduled date and time evaluation based on percentage above below system and compliance with procurement rules
