Description
Framework contract for procurement of proficiency testing services for FY 2026-27 on DDP basis according to specifications in the Standard Bidding Document. Total estimated cost is Rs. 4,000,000. Concerned registered vendors, suppliers, firms, companies and distributors with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities are invited. Bid security is 2 percent of estimated amount and must be submitted digitally through Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted through the system and opened at 10:30 a.m. the same day. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Open competitive Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding applies, with whole-lot evaluation and award to the lowest evaluated bid.
