Outsourcing University Canteen Rent Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of the University canteen on a rent basis for one year, extendable and renewable subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with university terms and conditions. Sealed bids are invited from well-established and reputed firms or contractors under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available from the university website and Procurement Officer, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 is required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the University Conference Room. Bids with supporting documents and 2 percent CDR on the total bid of one year's rent must reach the Procurement Officer and open at 2:00 p.m. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA and provide experience or completion certificates.
