Supply, installation and commissioning of 02 observatory elevators with the complete destination selection system for all 04 elevators at PSOH under Single Stage-Two Envelope competitive bidding procedure through competitive bidding and standard evaluation process. Interested parties must request tender documents through SAP Ariba Portal by uploading a scanned duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead and providing valid NTN, GST, Provincial Sales Tax certificates where applicable, and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative; the vendor should be an active tax payer. Bid security is 500,000.00 and bid validity is 30 days. Bids will be opened at 03:00 PM. A corrigendum was issued on September 16, 2026.
