Repair Electro Medical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites e-bids from registered firms having established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and registration with relevant departments including PPRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities with active taxpayer status for repair of electro medical equipment for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids containing technical and financial offers inclusive of taxes must be submitted online by 10:00 AM on 02-10-2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bid security of 2% of the estimated total bid cost is required in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. A PDF copy must be uploaded and the original submitted to the purchase office. The procurement concerns repair, maintenance and servicing of electro-medical and hospital equipment.
