Fetal Calf Serum Tender Notice
Description
Veterinary Research Institute requires 30 litres of fetal calf serum for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The estimated cost is Rs. 3.90 million and bid security is 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Interested eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. A performance guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount is required before award of supply order. The procurement concerns fetal calf serum, cell culture serum and laboratory biological research consumables used in veterinary and vaccine research.
