Supply Of Latex Examination Gloves Tender Notice
Description
The Emergency Services Department, Government of Punjab invites e-bids from manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals registered with the tax departments in Pakistan for supply of 30,000 large-size latex examination gloves. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 40,500,000 based on a unit cost of Rs. 1,350, and bid security is Rs. 810,000 equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method under the single-stage two-envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids and required documents must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 06-10-2026 and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, pay order or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. The procurement concerns latex examination gloves, medical gloves, healthcare consumables and emergency medical supplies.
