X Ray Films Chemicals Hospital Waste Tender Notice

Social Security Hospital Daska Road, Sialkot invites tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from registered firms and suppliers for procurement of X-Ray Films and Chemicals and Hospital Waste services/items for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated budget for X-Ray Films and Chemicals is Rs. 3,250,000 with bid security of Rs. 97,500 equal to 3%, while the estimated budget for Hospital Waste is Rs. 1,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 30,000 equal to 3%. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 05-10-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee, CDR or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Social Security Hospital Sialkot, must be uploaded through EPADS and the scanned hard copy provided to the hospital before closing time. The complete tendering process will be conducted through EPADS. The procurement concerns X-Ray films, radiology chemicals, hospital waste management and healthcare consumables.
