Framework Contract Vehicle Services Rental Tender Notice
Description
The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit (Private) Limited, commonly known as The Urban Unit, invites bids under a framework contract for hiring vehicle services on rental basis. The procurement reference is UU/2026-27/02 and the procurement will be conducted under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated cumulative procurement cost is PKR 67,700,000 inclusive of all taxes and comprises 32 lots. Bidders may participate in any lot or all lots and must submit separate bid security for each lot. Lot 1 has an estimated amount of PKR 52,200,000 with bid security of PKR 1,566,000 equal to 3%; Lot 2 has an estimated amount of PKR 10,500,000 with bid security of PKR 315,000 equal to 3%; and Lots 3 to 32 have estimated amounts of PKR 166,666 per lot with stated bid security of PKR 8,333 per lot. The previous Tender Notice IPL-9138 published on 04 September 2026 in Express Tribune and 05 September 2026 in Business News and Roznama Jang is stated to be cancelled. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 01-10-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. The procurement concerns rental vehicles, transport services, vehicle hiring and fleet services.
