Supply Of Food Commodities For Special Boarders Tender Notice
Description
Provision of food commodities and food items for special boarders for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,000,000 and bid security is PKR 100,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by registered suppliers, with bidding documents available free of cost through EPADS and PPRA. A single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure will be followed. All bid documents must be submitted electronically while the original hard-copy bid security CDR for the required amount in favour of the Principal must also be submitted before the e-bid submission closing time, failing which the bid will be rejected. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, with taxes deducted according to government rules. The e-bid validity period is three months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The procurement concerns food commodities, food supplies and consumable items for special boarders.
