Construction Eight Foot Span Culvert Tender Notice
Description
Construction of an 8-foot span culvert with formation width of 16 feet at Dinga Minor, Basti Laal, Chak No. 395/TDA, Tehsil Choubara, within the limits of District Council Layyah. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,416,107 and bid security is stated as Rs. 70,805 at 5% of estimated cost. Bidding shall follow a single-stage single-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date and is open to eligible contractors, firms and manufacturers registered with PPRA and EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 05-10-2026 and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the District Council Layyah office. Bid security must be in the form of CDR or pay order from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of District Council Layyah, with the scanned copy uploaded and original submitted before the closing date and time. Where the lowest bid is more than 5% below DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit the difference between the bid and estimated cost as quality assurance security within 15 days. False information or fake security documents may result in disqualification and further action. The successful contractor must execute the agreement within seven days of the acceptance letter. The procurement concerns culvert construction, drainage infrastructure, civil works and local road infrastructure.
