Supply Of Uniform Items For Special Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uniform items for boys and girls of Government Special Education Centre Jampur for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 1,700,000 and bid security is PKR 85,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible financially sound firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax may participate. Bidding shall follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 30-09-2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through the e-Procurement system. The bid security CDR in favour of the Headmaster must accompany the bid. The successful bidder must provide a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount before issuance of the supply order. Uniform samples conforming to approved Department of Special Education Punjab specifications must be submitted with the bid together with a valid test report confirming the approved specifications. Rates must include all applicable taxes. Uniform items must be supplied at the institution at the supplier's own expense and risk, and realistic prevailing market rates are required. The procurement concerns boys' and girls' uniforms, special-student clothing, school apparel, uniform samples and related textile supplies.
