Procurement Of Biomedical Equipment And Other Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of biomedical equipment and other items for ADP schemes of District Health Authority Chakwal for Financial Year 2026-27. A complete set of bidding documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions and schedule of requirements is available through the relevant government websites. A single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure shall be applied under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 30-09-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Original bid security at 2% of the estimated cost against each package or lot must be submitted in the prescribed form, including bank guarantee, pay order, CDR or bank draft from a scheduled bank in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Chakwal, with a copy attached to the technical bid. Bidders must upload their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard-copy bids will not be entertained. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply while the time and venue remain the same. The procurement concerns biomedical equipment, medical equipment, healthcare equipment and other items required for ADP schemes.
