Annual Enterprise Antivirus Solution Subscription Tender Notice
Description
Annual subscription of a centrally managed enterprise antivirus solution for 550 users or systems for one year. The estimated cost including applicable taxes is Rs. 1,190,750 and bid security is Rs. 23,815, equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms or companies engaged in providing the required services and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under a single-stage one-envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted or transferred online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA directions. Bids must be submitted by 14:00 hours on 30-09-2026 and will be opened online at 14:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab Healthcare Commission, PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. The procurement concerns centrally managed antivirus software, endpoint security, enterprise cybersecurity and one-year antivirus subscription for 550 users or systems.
