Miscellaneous Works Idap Office Tender Notice
Description
Execution of miscellaneous works at the Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab office. The estimated cost is PKR 10 million and bid security is PKR 500,000. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date through open competitive bidding using the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding procedure is single-stage single-envelope and the award criterion is the lowest evaluated bidder. Bid validity is 90 days. Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available electronically to registered bidders. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the tender documents must be submitted through EPADS by 10:00 AM on 02-10-2026, and the technical proposal will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. The procurement concerns miscellaneous office works, civil works and related infrastructure works at the IDAP office.
