Supply Gun Cartridges Stray Dogs Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of gun cartridges for the disposal of stray dogs for Financial Year 2026-27 covering the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027. Quotations shall be submitted separately for each work, item or serial through the EPAD system, with rates quoted against each entry or item of DNIT/BOQs and complete financial bid rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages where required. An earnest money or security deposit is required in the name of the District Officer (Infrastructure & Services), and all applicable taxes shall be borne by the bidder and deducted at bill payment. The contractor must perform the work in every tehsil of the district, and the completion period is 30.06.2027. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting, with possible recommendations to PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance, and recovery for old material may be adjusted during evaluation. Bid securities, performance securities and other required guarantees must be issued by the Bank of Punjab.
