Construction Tuff Tile Drain Tender Notice
Description
Construction or improvement of a tuff tile drain near Tiba Dastian Wala, Tehsil Karor, within District Council Layyah, through the Punjab e-Procurement tendering system. The estimated cost is Rs. 7,100,000 and bid security is Rs. 355,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. The bidding procedure is single-stage single-envelope under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date and is open to eligible contractors, firms and manufacturers registered with PPRA and EPADS. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement website and submit the bid electronically by 11:00 AM on 05-10-2026, with bids opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the District Council Layyah office. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR or pay order from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of District Council Layyah, with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted before the closing date and time. Where the lowest bid is more than 5% below DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit the difference between the bid and estimated cost as quality assurance security within 15 days. False information or fake security documents may result in disqualification and further action. The successful contractor must execute the agreement within seven days of the acceptance letter. The procurement concerns tuff tile drainage, drain construction, drainage improvement and civil works.
