Auction Of Running Canteen At Tennis Stadium Tender Notice
Description
Auction of a running canteen at International Level Tennis Stadium, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Lahore, through open competition from contractors, firms or companies registered with FBR as active filers. The contract shall be for three years and extendable. The specified premises comprise approximately 1,872 square feet of covered area and 4,477 square feet of uncovered open space, with an estimated or reserve rent of Rs. 190,053 per month. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 through a single-stage single-envelope procedure. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Sports Board Punjab or PPRA websites or obtained from the relevant office. Bid security of Rs. 228,064, stated as 10% of the per annum estimate or reserve price, must be submitted in the form of CDR, pay order, bank draft or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Director General Sports & Youth Affairs or Secretary Sports Board Punjab. Completed bidding documents must be submitted by hand by 11:45 AM on 05-10-2026 and financial proposals will be opened at 12:15 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The procurement concerns operation of a canteen, commercial food services and running canteen premises within a sports complex.
