Annual Janitorial Services Contract With Materials Tender Notice
Description
Annual rate contract for janitorial services with material for the financial year 2026-27 on F.O.R. basis. The procurement requires registered firms to submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure applies under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically according to the bidding documents, and the financial offer must include all applicable taxes; conditional offers or offers without applicable taxes are subject to rejection. Bid security at 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner, and physical financial instruments such as CDR, bank guarantee or similar instruments will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives and the Tender Opening Committee. If the scheduled opening day becomes a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply while the time and venue remain the same. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance. The procurement covers janitorial services, cleaning services, housekeeping support and associated materials for institutional operations.
