Purchase Hearing Aids Online Tender Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of hearing aids through the specified online tender process under the applicable procurement arrangements. Registered and eligible firms shall submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the bidding documents and applicable procurement instructions. Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended up to date. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals in the prescribed electronic format and comply with the applicable eligibility, tax, security and documentary requirements stated in the tender documents. Bid security at 2% of the total estimated cost is required to be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner, while physical financial instruments such as CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance, and the next official working day will apply if the scheduled opening date becomes a public holiday or non-working day. The procurement concerns hearing aids and related medical assistive devices for healthcare use, including hearing aid procurement, medical devices, assistive devices and hospital supplies.
