Description
Purchase of one Laparoscope 2DK on FOR Jauharabad basis from eligible and authorized distributors, reputed firms or suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available through the PPRA website. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted with the technical proposal in the prescribed form. Earnest money of 2 percent of the bidding amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft must accompany the technical offer in a separate sealed envelope. Technical and financial bids will be submitted and opened according to the prescribed schedule. The competent authority reserves the right to reject the tender.
