Outsourcing Of Human Resource Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for outsourcing HR support services through EPADS v2.0 from eligible FBR-registered firms and companies registered on EPADS v2.0. Procurement will use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding and the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Proposals must include bid security in the form prescribed in the bidding documents, including Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration, with a scanned copy uploaded to EPADS v2.0 and the original hard copy submitted as required. Technical proposals will be opened after electronic submission. Manual submission is not permitted.
