Description
Hiring of technical staff services for Tower-C, Old P&D Building Site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. E-bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable, engaged in provision of technical services and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. The procurement covers multiple technical staff positions with an estimated cost of PKR 40,000,000 and fixed bid security of PKR 7,000,000. Bidding shall use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security is to be submitted electronically through the EPADS Portal and no original physical bid security instrument is to be submitted by hand.
