Prequalification Of Medicine And Medical Device Suppliers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and registration of LPDD vendors for local purchase of national, multinational and imported medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for the year 2026-27. Eligible retail pharmacies must hold Drug Sale License on Form 9 and operate within a 10 Km radius of the hospital. Performance guarantee is PKR 50,000. The original performance guarantee or tender security must be submitted in the prescribed form issued by a scheduled bank. Bidding documents must be properly page-marked, indexed, signed and stamped. Bid validity is 180 days and all applicable government taxes shall apply.
