Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing invites item-rate e-tenders for installation of Solar LED Street Lights at LDA City, Jinnah Sector, Package-2. Estimated cost is PKR 381,852,245 with bid security of PKR 19,092,612, equal to 5% of estimated cost. Completion period is 6 months and participation requires valid PEC C-3 or above category, active filer NTN and PNTN. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and PPRA Regulations 2024. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of responsive bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Bids close on 7 October 2026 at 9:30 AM and opening is at 10:00 AM.
