180 Ton Air Cooled Electrical Chillers Tender Notice
Description
Trade Development Authority of Pakistan invites sealed bids for supply and installation of two 180-ton air-cooled electrical chillers at Expo Centre Karachi on rental basis. The contract is for one year and may be extended for up to two additional years subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible firms must hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. A tender document fee of Rs. 10,000 is payable by Pay Order in favor of TDAP, Karachi, and bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required through Pay Order in favor of TDAP, Karachi Expo Centre. Procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted physically by 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids open at 11:30 AM.
