Public Health Engineering Division South Waziristan Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through EPADS for construction and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes in newly merged districts under AIP, scheme reference 248/200103 (2026-27). Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% of the Engineer's Estimated Cost. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS, while original bid security in the form of CDR must be physically submitted before the submission deadline.
