Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing invites item-rate e-tenders for installation of Solar LED Street Lights at LDA City, Jinnah Sector, Package-3. Estimated cost is PKR 418,044,475 with bid security of PKR 20,902,224, equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. Completion period is 6 months and participation requires valid PEC C-3 or above category, active filer NTN and PNTN. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and PPRA Regulations 2024.
