Prequalification Framework Agreements N5 Central Tender Notice

National Highways and Motorway Police, N-5 Central Zone, Lahore invites prequalification proposals through EPADS for open framework agreements covering miscellaneous store items, gas cylinders, computer and office stationery, hardware and IT equipment, machinery items, furniture and fixtures, other services, repair of hardware and IT equipment, machinery and furniture, renovation and upgradation, road safety materials, gift hampers, event management and beat or office services for financial years 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29. Supplies are to be delivered to Lines Headquarters of Sector N-5 Central Okara, Sector N-5 Central-II Multan, Sector N-5 Central-III Rahim Yar Khan and Zonal Office Babu Sabu Lahore. Applicants must be registered with NTN, GST, Active Taxpayer List and PPRA on EPADS v2.0. Prequalification documents may be purchased for Rs. 1,000 or downloaded free from EPADS and NHMP. Bid security is Rs. 25,000 through CDR and hard-form documents are also required. Applications must be submitted through EPADS and in hard form by 13 October 2026 at 11:30 AM.
