Offers are invited for repair and annual maintenance of a CT Scan Machine, 16 Slices, Philips Model MX-16, quantity 01, for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated repair cost is Rs. 17,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 350,000 equal to 2%. Firms must be registered for GST, PST, Income Tax and E-PAD. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the applicable PPRA rules.
