Drinking Water Supply Schemes South Waziristan Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes in newly merged districts under AIP, Scheme No. 248/200103 (2026-27). Procurement follows Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014 and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is 2% of the Engineer's Estimated Cost and the original bid security must be physically submitted in the form of CDR. Tender Form Fee is 0.03% of Engineer's Estimated Cost through CDR. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS. Bidders must have active KPRA registration. Financial bids of technically unqualified bidders will be returned unopened. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 Hours.
