1. The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites Bids from eligible Bidders for “NATIONAL UPSKILLING PROGRAM FOR UNIVERSITY UNDERGARDUATES”. 2. All eligible and capable training service providers, NAVTTC-registered/accredited technical and vocational training institutes, universities or other legally constituted training bodies meeting the requirements of this bidding document may apply, for national delivery of a short-duration AI and Precision Prompt Engineering upskilling programme for university undergraduate students. 3. The programme is designed to provide practical, responsible and immediately usable AI literacy and prompt-engineering capabilities, delivered strictly as per the NAVTTC-approved curriculum. The training shall focus on structured problem definition, prompt design, context engineering, workflow design, AI-assisted research and productivity, verification, critical evaluation and responsible use of generative AI. 4. The program shall be delivered nationally through smart classrooms and/or approved delivery locations supported by an LMS. The implementing provider shall be responsible for trainee enrolment, instructional delivery, attendance, learning records, assessments, completion evidence and issuance/processing of certificates of participation in accordance with NAVTTC requirements.
