Health Programs Projects Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of various equipment for programs, projects and wings under the administrative control of Health & Population Department on framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids must be completed in conformity with the bidding documents and submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of not less than 5% of the estimated price specified in the bidding documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost from the stated PPRA and department websites.
