Local Purchase Of Medicines And Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and disposables for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate. Bidding shall be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. The original CDR is to be submitted through e-procurement and a copy attached with the Technical Proposal; a defaced copy is not acceptable. The procurement is open to eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents. If the opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day shall be treated as the submission and opening date with the same time and venue.
