Framework contract for procurement of filling of medical gases in cylinders with transportation for the financial year 2026-27. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority e-Procurement System and registered bidders are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload the required bidding documents electronically and accompany bids with the prescribed bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in accordance with the e-Procurement policy. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through the e-Procurement System and manual bids are not accepted. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 as amended shall apply. Fake or forged documents may result in disqualification or blacklisting.
