Supply Of Manufactured Vehicles And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories comprising two items under electronic bidding only, with no physical bid required. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must have three assignments of similar nature and complexity, turnover of at least PKR 20,000,000 in three subsequent previous years, presence in the Active Tax Payer List, Sales Tax Certificate, required bidding document fee and bid security, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint venture is not permissible. Dealers must have five years of excellence in sales and after-sales service and undertake the delivery time, with early delivery preferred. Bid security is 2% in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned. Electronic registration with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority electronic public procurement system is mandatory.
